OUR STORY
After decades of independently building businesses and investing in real estate, Adam Clark and Dr. John Wilcox formally partnered in 2025 to combine complementary expertise across multifamily operations, business scaling, and long-term asset ownership.
Over the past 20 years, Adam built and operated a vertically integrated multifamily platform across Midwest markets, scaling to more than 1,000 residential units while developing operational systems designed to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance long-term property performance.
At the same time, Dr. Wilcox built and scaled HRC Fertility into one of the nation’s leading fertility platforms, growing the business more than twentyfold before its successful private equity transaction and public offering. Alongside this growth, he assembled a substantial real estate portfolio spanning multifamily, industrial, office, and residential assets.
Together, the partnership combines operational real estate expertise with institutional business experience — creating a disciplined, execution-focused approach to multifamily investing.
